Winter Wombat & Co, compatible with any ergonomic baby carrier. It can be used in front or on the back. Made of technical fabric suddenly water and windproof. It has a practical pocket for the hands, and a hood.
With the Wombat Baby Carrier Cover you and your partner can continue to enjoy babywearing in winter (you can use it interchangeably), since it is adjustable and compatible with most ergonomic baby carriers on the market, through its three adjustable positions. And you can continue to use your favorite coat.
You have to place your coat over the baby carrier (not under it, as it is very uncomfortable and cannot be adjusted the carrier properly) and then the cover.
The Wombat Baby Carrier Cover can be used when the carrier is carried in the front or back position.
Its two upper snaps straps are hooked to the straps of your ergonomic baby carrier, (either backpack, mei tai or wrap). The central panel of this universal carrier cover has an elastic system that provides an optimal fit, both in width and height.
This wide fit is what allows the Wombat cover to be used from newborn until the last stages of carrying. It adapts to the growth of your baby-child and to the different ergonomic carrying devices that you can use in this period.
The Wombat Carrying Cover has an adaptable hood that allows a better fit to the baby's neck and head area.
It also has a large outer pocket that helps carrier parents keep their hands warm.
Thanks to its double fabric, with the Wombat baby carrier cover, your baby will always be warm and comfortable that you are going to carry, being able to use the baby carrier that you like the most, while you can use your favorite coat.
The outer layer of this double fabric is similar to that of the Wallaby 2.0 babywearing and pregnancy coat from the same brand. This fabric is waterproof. Ideal for cold winters.
The inner layer is padded which helps your baby maintain his body heat.
If you carry your baby with the Wombat Universal Baby Carrier Cover, you will only have to reinforce the area of the baby's feet with one more layer, (for example, putting double socks) and a hat on the head.
With the Wombat Portage Cover you can quickly adapt the temperature to the needs of the baby. In winter the baby is exposed to very sudden changes in temperature when going from the cold of the street to the temperatures inside the places. By simply removing the cover, you avoid taking the baby out of the carrier, or waking him up if he is asleep, which is a great comfort.
It is very light, warm and easy to adjust.
